KeyPoint Hotels


KeyPoint Hotels is a comprehensive web platform developed to manage a hotel chain in an efficient and modern way. The project consists of three main interconnected components: the Backoffice, the Front Office and the Specific Website of each Hotel. Develop both Angular to the frontend for a dynamic and reactive interface, and Laravel to the backend for the server logic and APIs, the platform uses MySQL with a data base for the structured data structure. To guarantee security, authentication with tokens, and for code management and team collaboration, Git has been served. Furthermore, the design of the user interface and user experience is to be prototyped with Figma, and the deployment is to be carried out using Docker for efficient containerization and AWS for the deployment.

The Backoffice is the main area for receptionists and administrators, allowing them to manage hotels, assign receptionists, publish news and manage reservations and rooms. Includes an interactive calendar for managing reservations in real time. The Front Office is the interface for clients, where they can search and reserve rooms, open reservation validations by email and leave feedback after check-out. Each hotel has its own Specific Website, which allows direct reservations, viewing of news and customer feedback, all manageable from the Backoffice with personalization options with the list of sections and the name of news per page.

With KeyPoint Hotels, we have created an innovative solution that combines the latest technologies with an intuitive design for the management of a hotel chain, offering a complete experience for both clients and administrators.
